In celebration of the 10th Anniversary, South Bowl will be donating $10K to a local non-profit.
But you gotta bowl for it!
South Bowl is excited to celebrate its 10th Anniversary with a philanthropic bowling tournament, honoring a decade of strikes, spares, and community spirit. The event will feature a $10,000 grand prize, underscoring South Bowl’s ongoing commitment to supporting and uplifting the local community.
Non-profit organizations are invited to submit an application for a chance to be one of 16 teams to compete in the tournament. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until 5pm, Friday Sept. 12th

6:00pm - 10:00pm
- Who can participate: Non-profits with a 501(c)(3) status that benefit the Philadelphia community.
- Tournament format: Two rounds of 8-pin no-tap bowling.
- Prizes:
- 1st - $10,000 donation
- 2nd - $3,500 donation
- 3rd - $1,500 donation
- Space: Limited to 20 teams, 5 people per team.

About South Bowl
Opened in 2015, South Bowl is a unique, multi-functional events & bowling venue. This completely renovated former cold-storage warehouse now houses 26 USBC sanctioned Qubica AMF bowling lanes. The distinctively designed, bi-level structure also includes two private bowling areas, two full size bars, a full menu including a wood oven pizza kitchen, billiards, retro arcade games, and cool vintage seating.
